Crossings at Halls Ferry Shopping Center is a 136,242 square foot power center located on the north side of St. Louis County at the intersection of Interstate 270 and New Halls Ferry Road in Ferguson, Missouri. The shopping center was extensively redeveloped in 1998 including renovations of the existing shopping center and substantial new construction of additional retail space.

Crossings at Halls Ferry is accessible from New Halls Ferry Road and Old Halls Ferry Road which serve as main commercial arteries for the area. The access and visibility of the shopping center are excellent, and as such, it serves the community as a convenient retail center.

Crossings at Halls Ferry is anchored by Shop ‘n Save grocery store (a subsidiary of grocery giant SuperValu) and Party City, as well as shadow anchored by Home Depot. Shop ‘n Save recently renewed its lease for 10 years beginning October 1, 2005. In addition to Shop ‘n Save and Party City, the other tenants include local and national retailers such as JoAnn Fabrics, Ashley Stewart, Dots, Simply Fashions, International House of Pancakes, Cici’s Pizza and Subway. The shopping center is surrounded by residential neighborhoods and retail centers that make Crossings at Halls Ferry a popular shopping destination.
